A significant theme of our retreat is food and nutrition.

Natassja, our Holistic Chef curates wholesome, grounding, and nutritious menus that are designed to take you on a culinary journey and a party of the senses.

All dishes are plant-based and gluten-free with other intolerances and allergies incorporated.

As well as indulging in an energy cleanse for your body, Natassja will also be hosting hands-on workshops where you’ll learn how to make plant-based ‘dairy’ such as milks, yoghurt and cheeses. You’ll also learn the art and benefits of the fermentation process, learning how to make things such as kimchi, saurkraut, and kefir water.

Natassja truly believes in the powerful connection between gut health and emotional well-being. Her menus are specially curated and centered around healing. Not only does her food nourish and ground you but it also deepens your connection to food as a source of abundance so that the energy continues to heal on a cellular level.

Functional Breathwork

Kundalini yoga is called the “yoga of awareness”, known for its repetitive movement patterns, dynamic breathwork, and active meditations.

This yoga practice focuses on strengthening the nervous and glandular systems restoring our inner vitality and radiance.

Noema will guide you through daily Kundalini Yoga practices. Used in harmony with Gong Frequency Therapy to facilitate a deep sense of peace and to release stored, blocked energy in the body.

Benefits of Kundalini Yoga

Increased Energy Levels: Awakens and circulates energy throughout the body.

Enhanced Mental Clarity: Meditation and breathing techniques to improve focus and mental clarity.

Emotional Balance: Helps in managing stress, anxiety, and depression.

Physical Stamina: Strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, and enhances overall physical health.

Spiritual Growth: Facilitates deeper spiritual connection and self-awareness.

Meet Your Hosts

  • Natassja Campbell

Hi, I’m Natassja, founder of Drop the Beet.

I support people in reducing stress, managing inflammation, and building sustainable, healthy habits through food, connection, and cultivating mind–body balance.

With a background as a plant-based chef, holistic health coach, and breathwork instructor, I design immersive workshops that bring together the science of gut health with the art of mindful living. I believe that food, connection, and mindfulness are the foundations of well-being. Through Drop the Beet, I highlight how gut health and the body’s stress response are deeply interconnected, shaping inflammation, focus, energy, and resilience.

My sessions are interactive, engaging experiences that leave people feeling calmer, more connected, and empowered with lasting strategies to thrive in every aspect of life.
