Hi, I’m Natassja
I’m the founder of Drop the Beet.
I specialise in delivering gut-health workshops, lifestyle coaching, and plant-based culinary experiences that empower people to reconnect with their bodies, nourish from within, and build sustainable, healthy habits.
My work blends science and mindfulness — exploring how the gut and nervous system influence our energy, mood, and overall well-being. I deliver interactive gut-health workshops for both holistic retreats and corporate well-being events, helping people understand the profound link between nutrition, stress, and emotional balance.
As a plant-based retreat chef, I design and lead menus that are vibrant, healing, and deeply grounding. Each dish is created with intention — to nourish the body, calm the mind, and deepen connection through food. I also host mindful cooking and nutrition workshops that teach participants to cook intuitively, boost confidence in the kitchen, and bring joy back into everyday meals.
Whether I’m leading a retreat kitchen, guiding a group through a mindful eating session, or coaching individuals 1:1, my aim is to make healthy living feel accessible, fulfilling, and inspiring.
I trained as a Plant-Based Retreat Chef at Bettina’s Kitchen in London and Bali. I completed my Breathwork Facilitator Training with Yoga Life and received accreditation for the Advanced Coaching Programme with the Global Institute of Organisational Coaching in Phoenix, U.S.

All menus are plant-based and (mostly) gluten free. We can of course accommodate most additonal intolerances and allergies. I'll send a questionnaire around at the time of booking so you have the opportunity to discuss descreetly with me.

My holistic coaching methods are varied to offer a wide range of tools including mindfulness, stress management, emotional well-being, nutrition, fitness and personal growth.

Yes I offer a range of cooking classes 1:1 or groups online. They are very interactive, fun and informative. They are perfect if you want to learn more quick and easy plant-based recipes or a great way to celebrate a special ocasion with friends, family or colleagues abroad.
